Privacy Policy
Last updated: May 27, 2026
This privacy policy describes how Futbol Bahis İstatistikleri (the "App"), developed by hellsayenci, collects, uses, protects, and shares information when you use our application. We are committed to ensuring your privacy is protected and to processing your data lawfully and transparently. By using the App, you agree to the practices described in this policy.
1. Data We Collect
The App collects only the data needed to operate, secure, and improve the service. We do not ask for your name or create an account profile. Categories collected:
- Device & technical data — device model, OS version, language and region settings, app version, crash logs, and diagnostic information.
- Product interaction data — screens viewed, features used, session duration, and aggregated usage events (collected via Firebase Analytics).
- Push notification identifiers — a Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM) device token, stored only while the App is installed, used solely to deliver match and subscription notifications.
- Purchase & subscription data — receipts and entitlement status returned by Google Play Billing or Apple StoreKit when you purchase or restore a subscription. We never see or store your payment card details.
- Approximate location — derived from IP address only (country/region level) for analytics and regional content; we do not collect GPS location.
- Advertising identifier — only if you grant consent on iOS (App Tracking Transparency) or have not opted out on Android; used solely for ad measurement if ads are present.
We do not collect personally identifiable information such as your real name, email address, phone number, contacts, photos, microphone, or precise location.
2. How We Use Your Data
We process the above data on the following legal bases:
- Contractual necessity — to deliver core features, validate subscriptions, and send the notifications you opted into.
- Legitimate interest — to monitor app stability, prevent abuse, and improve functionality and performance.
- Consent — for optional analytics, personalized content, and advertising identifiers, where required by your jurisdiction. You may withdraw consent at any time in the App's Settings or in your device privacy settings.
3. Third-Party Services
The App uses the following third-party SDKs and services. Each provider acts as an independent or joint data processor under its own privacy policy:
- Firebase Analytics (Google LLC) — aggregated usage and event analytics. firebase.google.com/support/privacy
- Firebase Crashlytics (Google LLC) — crash reporting and stability diagnostics. firebase.google.com/support/privacy
- Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM) (Google LLC) — push notification delivery. firebase.google.com/support/privacy
- Google Play Billing (Google LLC) — subscription purchases and receipt validation on Android. policies.google.com/privacy
- Apple StoreKit (Apple Inc.) — subscription purchases and receipt validation on iOS. apple.com/legal/privacy
- Google Mobile Ads (AdMob) (Google LLC) — banner and interstitial ads displayed to Free-tier users only. Premium subscribers see no ads. AdMob may collect device identifiers (advertising ID), coarse location, and ad interaction events to deliver and measure ads. Personalized ads are served only where consent is obtained (see UMP below) or otherwise permitted by law; otherwise non-personalized ads are served. policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites · support.google.com/admob/answer/6128543
- Google User Messaging Platform (UMP) (Google LLC) — consent management for advertising in regions that require it (e.g. the EEA and UK under GDPR). UMP records and transmits your consent choice to ad providers. You can review or change your choice from the App's Settings. support.google.com/admob/answer/10113207
Subscriptions are verified directly with the Play Store or App Store. We do not store payment information on our servers. The App may also contain links to external websites; we are not responsible for the privacy practices of those sites and recommend reviewing their policies separately.
Opt-out of personalized ads. On iOS, the App requests App Tracking Transparency (ATT) permission; declining ATT prevents the advertising identifier (IDFA) from being shared with AdMob and other ad networks. On Android, you can opt out of personalized ads at any time via Settings → Google → Ads → Opt out of Ads Personalization, or reset your advertising ID. You can also withdraw advertising consent in the App's Settings at any time; the App will continue to function with non-personalized ads (Free tier) or remove ads entirely (Premium tier).
4. International Data Transfers
The third-party services above (Firebase Analytics, Crashlytics, FCM, Google Play Billing, Google Mobile Ads/AdMob, and User Messaging Platform) are operated by Google LLC and process data on servers located in the United States and other countries where Google maintains infrastructure. Apple StoreKit similarly processes data on Apple Inc. infrastructure outside the European Economic Area.
Where data is transferred outside your country of residence (including from the EEA, UK, or Switzerland to the United States), the transfer is protected by appropriate safeguards: the EU–US Data Privacy Framework, Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission, and the additional safeguards described in each provider's privacy documentation linked above.
5. Data Retention
We retain data only as long as needed for the purposes described in this policy:
- Firebase Crashlytics — crash and diagnostic data is retained for up to 90 days.
- Firebase Analytics — event-level user data is retained for the default 14 months, after which it is aggregated or deleted.
- FCM push token — retained only while the App is installed; the token is invalidated when you uninstall the App or disable notifications.
- Subscription receipts — retained by Google Play or Apple under their own retention policies; we do not maintain a separate copy on our servers.
6. Your Rights
Subject to your local law (including the GDPR in the EEA/UK and the CCPA in California), you have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict, or port your data, and to withdraw consent or object to processing. To exercise these rights:
- Opt out of analytics — toggle analytics off in the App's Settings screen or in your device privacy settings.
- Disable push notifications — turn them off in the App or in your device notification settings.
- Data deletion request — to request deletion of any data linked to your device, email futbetistic@gmail.com with the subject "Data deletion request". Because we do not collect identifying information, please include the approximate install date and device type so we can locate diagnostic records. We will respond within 30 days.
7. Children's Privacy
This app is not intended for use by children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect any data from children.
8. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, third-party services, or legal requirements. Any changes will be reflected on this page with an updated effective date. Material changes will be communicated in-app prior to taking effect where required by law. Continued use of the App after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
